There will be a risk of 1-3% order losing during the delivering if using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, we will not accept any complaints or refunds when choose this shipping method. We do not accept any complaints no-received items if your customer does not support to clear the custom. If some uncontrollable factors lead to the order missing by DHL, ePacket, USPS, China Post Registered Air Mail, we will resend the order again to your customer.

So, to declare the lower value can avoid the tax effectively.
